KSBconnect

At KSBconnect, we believe that every person deserves to feel safe, respected, valued, and included.

Our Anti-Bullying Program is designed to raise awareness about bullying, encourage people to speak up, support victims, educate communities, and promote kindness and respect in schools, workplaces, communities, and online spaces.

Together, we can create environments where bullying has no place.

Bullying is repeated behavior intended to hurt, humiliate, intimidate, threaten, or isolate another person.

Bullying can happen:

  • At school
  • At work
  • In communities
  • Through social media
  • In messaging groups
  • Through online gaming
  • Anywhere people interact
  • Bullying is never “just a joke.”

Physical Bullying

Hitting, pushing, kicking, damaging someone’s belongings, or physically intimidating another person.

Verbal Bullying

Insults, name-calling, teasing, threats, humiliation, or hurtful comments.

Social Bullying

Excluding someone deliberately, spreading rumors, embarrassing someone, or encouraging others to isolate them.

Cyberbullying

Using phones, social media, messaging platforms, websites, or other digital platforms to threaten, embarrass, harass, or intimidate someone.

1. Be Kind

Treat others with dignity and respect, even when they are different from you.

2. Speak Up

If you see bullying happening, don’t simply ignore it. If it is safe to do so, speak up or seek help.

3. Include Others

Nobody should feel deliberately excluded or isolated.

4. Be an Ally

Stand beside people experiencing bullying. Let them know that they are not alone.

5. Report Bullying

Tell a trusted adult, teacher, parent, manager, community leader, or appropriate authority.

6. Don’t Share Hurtful Content

Don’t forward, repost, like, or participate in humiliating content online.

If you believe you are in immediate danger, move to a safe place and contact the appropriate emergency services or authorities.
